My Political background:
Life long interest and participation (some 55
years); former town chairman and county vice
chairman of my party; Participated in many
campaigns including pre-announcement county
coordinator for a presidential candidate; a
candidate for state legislature (nominated by
write-in). Have been both Republican and
Democrat. Purpose of my comments: just to post
another side and perhaps give some food for
thought (and, hopefully, receive some feed-back
for my own education).

Windfall Profits
Tax? Is an 8% profit too much and
therefore should be taxed as "windfall
profits" as per Obama, Pelosi, et al? Should
we limit profits, steal
them from the shareholders and redistribute them
to those who expect the government to do for them
what they refuse to try to do for themselves?
(That is Socialism)
